Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Repair Services
All repairs require customer approval of the quotation before work begins. Diagnosis is free for most devices when the repair is proceeded with. A nominal diagnostic fee may apply for chip-level assessment and data recovery evaluation — credited toward repair if approved. Estimated completion times are approximate and may vary based on parts availability.
Quotations & Pricing
All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice for new enquiries. Approved quotations are honoured at the quoted price. Additional charges may apply if hidden damage is discovered during repair — customer approval required before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon collection of repaired devices or delivery of products. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards. Corporate clients with approved credit accounts may receive 30-day payment terms. Unpaid devices may be held after 30 days with storage charges applicable.
Device Storage & Abandonment
Devices not collected within 60 days of repair completion notification will incur storage fees of Rs. 500/month. Devices unclaimed after 180 days may be disposed of or sold to recover costs, following written notice to the customer.
Limitation of Liability
While we take utmost care with all devices, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, data loss (unless data recovery service was contracted), or consequential damages. Maximum liability for any repair is limited to the repair charge paid. We recommend regular data backups.
Product Sales
Products are sold with manufacturer warranty. Returns accepted within 7 days for unopened products in original packaging. Opened software and consumables are non-returnable. Defective products will be replaced or refunded within the warranty period.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and materials are the property of Ceylon Computer Service. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, the courts of Colombo shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
